Data Deletion Instructions
1. Requesting deletion of your data
If GT Studio Labs holds personal information about you — whether from this website, or as a customer or end user of one of our products (RetainIQ or ReputationIQ) — you can request that it be deleted at any time.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to hello@gtstudiolabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include:
- Which product or context your data relates to (this website, RetainIQ, or ReputationIQ)
- The phone number, email address, or name associated with your data, so we can locate it
3. What happens next
We will confirm receipt of your request and delete the associated records within 30 days. For RetainIQ specifically, this includes any patient, visit, and message records tied to your phone number, held on behalf of the clinic that uses RetainIQ. Some minimal information may be retained where required by law (for example, financial or regulatory records), and we will tell you if that applies to your request.
